Anna has been a member of Unity of North Kitsap since 2000 and this will be her fifth Sunday talk. Her children were raised in the UNK Sunday School and she has been a meditation leader here for over a decade. Anna's meditations often lead with the experience of mindfulness, and, as a certified caregiver, Anna has introduced mindfulness to both inpatients and outpatients in the Kitsap County area. Anna tells us: "I am just like many in our congregation --- exploring the outer realm for meaning and Truth. I enjoy finding new insights and ideas from many great teachers."
