Learning to Recognize Ego
I love the cartoon drawing of a Devil on one shoulder and an Angel on the other. It is such a clear picture of my nature. That is, my Human Nature vs. my Spiritual Nature. As a Mystic, I really want to listen to and follow my Spiritual Nature, but, I have found, ego can make this tricky. Figuring out when ego is involved is not easy. And giving a talk about ego is even harder, but the time seems right for me to gather what I have experienced and share it. Perhaps together we can find new ways to identify when our ego is getting involved.
